Wil McLean is an entrepreneur who weaves design and business acumen into creative experiences. Over the last 30 years, He has worked extensively in multiple fields including construction, software development, fitness and entertainment. Most notably, He combined his skills to create Pursuit OCR, Canada’s largest indoor playground for adults in Etobicoke, Ontario. Whether leading a team of 10 to 50 through a single day event or managing the intricate daily business of a 33,000sq ft facility, communication and learning always lay at the heart of the process.
Eager to build new skills and relationships, Wil enjoys immersing himself fully in the process. Any situation in which He can apply existing knowledge to aid in a project while learning the nuance of a new industry is his passion. With years of hands-on experience in industries ranging from in the trenches labor to executive curation, there is always a new way to explore creativity and collaboration. Currently, Wil can often be found as a guest lecturer at Humber College or mentoring young entrepreneurs.
