Northern Play Create is a new Esports gaming lounge facility scheduled to open the GTA in Q4/2025.
Designed in two separate rooms, gaming will occur under two major umbrellas: Console & PC. Client provided criterium such as number of seats for each room and total guest occupancy. I was responsible for location scouting and gathering the facility measurements and infrastructure details. From there a layout was created and a new floorplan that satisfied the client spec was rendered for discussion.
Additionally, business projections were created with the client for investor review showcasing P&L with 3 year projections: including build cost, labor wages and burdens.
